Полуавтоматическая сварка углеродистых и низколегированных сталей Ст3, Ст4, Ст5, 10, 15, 20, 18ГПс, 09Г2, 09Г2С, 10ХСНД, 10Г2С1, 17ГС и др. работающих в области низких температур в монтажных и заводских условиях. 

Welding and technological properties

  • Сварочный шов характеризуется высокой стойкостью процесса сварки к образованию пор. Хорошая отделимость шлака от поверхности шва, мягкое, стабильное горение дуги, отличная форма сечения и внешний вид сварного шва. Высокая сопротивляемость воздействию ветра.
 

Welding technology

  • Arc Stability - consistent and stable arc behavior, good weld bead appearance. The wire provides deep penetration of the base metal. Slag completely covers the weld bead, and easy to remove slag. High crack and pore resistance. High wind resistance
 

Welding technology

  • Welding in the lower position is performed at the location of the wire perpendicular to the weld bead or tilt «angle back». Welding of vertical joints is possible with the “bottom-up” and “top-down” methods with the wire positioned “forward angle” or perpendicular to the joint.
  • When welding angular joints with a leg more than 8 mm, transverse oscillations of the wire are obligatory.
  • Use DC reverse polarity.
