Purpose and scope
Порошковая проволока ППс-ТМВ5 предназначена для сварки конструкций из малоуглеродистых и низколегированных сталей ВСт3, Ст3Гпс, 18Гпс, 09Г2, 09Г2С, 10ХСНД, 10Г2С1 (ГОСТ 5521-93, ГОСТ 19281-89). Увеличение производительности работ на 15-20% по сравнению с проволокой сплошного сечения Св-08Г2С, незначительное набрызгивание (4-6%), гарантируется проплавление корня шва без послесварочной обработки. Проволока легко адаптируется с другими сварочными материалами и условиями сварки, что позволяет успешно применять ее в различных технологических процессах дуговых способов сварки. Коэффициент использования проволоки Кпр=1,1. Применяется в судостроении, машиностроении, транспортном машиностроении, производство металлоконструкций, заварка дефектов литья сталей 20Л, 30Л, 35Л.

Welding technology
