Purpose and scope
Welding and technological properties
-
Arc Stability - consistent and stable arc behavior, good weld bead appearance. The wire provides deep penetration of the base metal.
-
Slag completely covers the weld bead, and easy to remove slag. High crack and pore resistance.
-
Shielding gas.: 100% CO2
Welding technology
-
Welding in the lower position is performed at the location of the wire perpendicular to the weld bead or tilt «angle back».
-
When welding angular joints with a leg more than 8 mm, transverse oscillations of the wire are obligatory.
-
Use DC reverse polarity.
