General characteristics

Порошковая проволока марки ВЕЛТЕК-Н460.01 предназначена для автоматической и полуавтоматической наплавки в защитных газах (G) и под флюсом (S) деталей, работающих в условиях циклической термической нагрузки, больших удельных давлений при повышенных температурах. Рекомендуется для наплавки на постоянном токе обратной полярности: DC (+).

Application

Валки чистовых клетей горячей прокатки, штампы горячей штамповки, бойки ковочных прессов. Ремонт штампов из сталей умеренной теплостойкости 35ХМФ, 38ХН3МБА, 4Х3ВМС.

Technological features

Обязателен предварительный подогрев наплавляемого изделия до температуры 250-350 °С. После наплавки высокий отпуск 560 - 600 °С, выдержка в печи в 9 – 12 часов, охлаждение до температуры 200 - 250 °С.

Износостойкость - высокая. Максимальная термическая выносливость. Возможна обработка режущим инструментом.

To increase the life and minimize the terms of repair of tools, the analysis of application of existing surfacing materials in surfacing of strikers was carried out basing on the condition of providing combination of price and tool life. The application of semi-automatic electric arc surfacing reduces man-hours during repair of fixture for forging-press equipment and increases the duration of cycle between repairs. The application of flux-cored wire allows increasing the efficiency of surfacing works more than 1.5 times.
