General characteristics

Порошковая проволока марки ВЕЛТЕК-Н460.04 предназначена для автоматической и полуавтоматической наплавки открытой дугой (O), в защитных газах (G) и под флюсом (S) , при восстановлении и упрочнении деталей из углеродистых и низколегированных сталей, работающих в условиях трения металла о металл при нормальных и повышенных температурах. Рекомендуется для наплавки на постоянном токе обратной полярности: DC (+).

Application

Пуансоны прессов штампования заготовок меди, латуни Л63, сплавов ШВ15-1. Основа стали: 38ХН3МБА. Наплавка валков горячей прокатки трубопрокатных и сортопрокатных станов.

Technological features

Наплавка производится без подогрева при небольших габаритных размерах изделий и с подогревом до 300 - 400 °С при наплавке массивных изделий. Отпуск при температуре 540 °С в течении 2 ч.

Properties of the weld metal

Износостойкость - высокая. Сохраняет высокую твердость при температуре до 600°С. Возможна обработка режущим инструментом.

The application of semi-automatic electric arc surfacing reduces man-hours during repair of fixture for forging-press equipment and increases the duration of cycle between repairs. The application of flux-cored wire allows increasing the efficiency of surfacing works more than 1.5 times.
